Monitor and evaluate process performance, troubleshoot issues, and report results to the manager.
Develop, improve, and optimize processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams on investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions, including required documentation.
Support technology and process transfer from Process Technology Development teams (USA/Thailand).
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to contribute positively to team, department, and company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in cleanroom process engineering, especially involving vacuum technologies, is a strong advantage.
Able to communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks, managing conflicting deadlines, and working efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Open‑minded with a positive attitude.
Strong data analysis skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Good presentation skills.
