Partner with universities, research institutes, industry R&D entities and public agencies to assess and advance innovation portfolios frameworks
Design and put innovative process practices into operation
Project manage multi-workstream engagements and coordinate stakeholders across the project lifecycle
Responsible for direction, coordination, implementation, execution and completion of projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the Clarivate organisation
Manage day-to-day execution: track progress, timelines and make prompt operational decisions or escalations to avoid delays
Operate risks/issues/change control: keep a live RAID log and implement mitigation actions
Serve as a point of contact to answer client questions and resolve project issues
Provide concise reporting: publish clear status updates and dashboards for leadership and the client, highlighting progress, variances and decisions required
Coordinate engagements from subject-matter experts and mentors: scope their tasks and schedule them
Manage stakeholder communications and training, track adoption KPIs, and document lessons learned into reusable playbooks and templates
Drive adoption of successful practices into standard operating procedures
Requirements
Master’s degree in a relevant science or engineering discipline
