Representing our value offering and identity, and communicating with clients and other stakeholders via Email and Phone
Preparing customer feedback to represent our clients in internal strategy discussions
to always keep improving our value delivery towards clients and improve our offering and market position
Requirements
Completed apprenticeship or studies in Sales, Communications, Business or related fields, or extensive industry experience in Inside Sales or Support
Prior Experience and strong passion for consultation, sales and customer support
Excellent German and English
Excellent communication skills, and ability to identify root-causes and solutions
Excellent command of MS-Office (Google Apps) and digital project management tools
Passion for design, engineering and technical products/services
Ability to work service-oriented, structured and solution-oriented
Strong internal motivation and desire to self-learn and improve
A sense of quality, yet ability to be pragmatic and drive results and overall impact
