About this role
Role Overview
Consult with conviction: You conduct initial digital consultations with prospective participants, provide guidance, identify potential, and collaboratively prepare them for decisions.
Explain funding logic: You clarify the system of education vouchers, answer follow-up questions, and prepare participants for conversations with the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit).
CRM & funnel management: You document your conversations thoroughly in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot), prioritize contacts sensibly, and actively contribute to conversion.
Inbound, not cold calling: You work with qualified inquiries, provide concrete help to interested candidates — and become part of a thoughtfully designed customer journey.
Act as a bridge: You give feedback to the team, contribute in weekly sessions, and help shape how our processes can become clearer, more empathetic, and more effective.
Requirements
Degree program with a people-focus — e.g., Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, Business Administration, Communication, HR, or comparable fields.
Strong communication & empathy — You listen well, explain clearly, and guide people supportively through decision-making situations.
Digital affinity & AI-first mindset — You are comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, HubSpot, ChatGPT, or Notion — and think in digital workflows.
Structure & reliability — You can prioritize effectively, work dependably, and keep track of multiple leads at the same time.
Motivation for education & social impact — You want your work to make a difference — not for clicks, but for people.
Language proficiency — You speak and write German at native level; additional languages (especially English) are a plus.
Benefits
Meaningful work with real impact: You help people restart their careers — changing life paths in the process.
Remote & flexible: Work location-independent with flexible hours — perfectly aligned with your studies.
Fair compensation & development opportunities: Performance-based pay and the chance to grow into advisory, coaching, or project responsibilities in the medium term.
Enablement & sparring: You’ll receive systematic onboarding, professional sparring, and regular feedback.
Culture with purpose: We live appreciation, ownership, and result orientation — no politics, but with purpose.
Optional: Berlin office with rooftop vibe: If you’re on site, our Mindspace office with a terrace and community awaits.
Access to perks: e.g., Urban Sports Club, mental health offerings & other corporate benefits.
