About this role

Manage new and existing customers in Latin America and build sustainable relationships
Persuade prospects by phone, identify opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships
Work closely with colleagues to provide holistic customer support
Use multiple channels in multichannel sales to position our services

University degree or equivalent qualification
At least two years of sales experience, ideally in an IT or SAP environment
Enthusiasm for digital solutions and technological innovation
Customer-focused with a good understanding of the needs of our clients in Latin America
Fluent German and English (C1) and very good Spanish or Portuguese (minimum B2)
