Introduce Saltz to chefs, restaurant owners, F&B managers and persuade them to start placing orders through the platform
Own a portfolio of restaurant and other HoReCa accounts — your responsibility is to grow them, not just maintain them
Visit clients regularly: walk the kitchen, understand their challenges, and identify where Saltz can add more value
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by asking the right questions and listening carefully
Build relationships with key stakeholders — chefs, GMs, procurement teams — so they see you as a trusted advisor
Work closely with internal teams to turn client feedback into actionable product and service improvements
Drive growth by keeping as many accounts as possible actively ordering
Represent Saltz at industry events, trade visits, and in-person meetings where your HoReCa credibility opens doors

Experience selling food products (ingredients, supplies, or beverages) to restaurants, hotels, or other HoReCa clients — backgrounds in distribution, wholesale, or food supply are exactly what we’re looking for
Strong understanding of food pricing, margins, and how chefs make purchasing decisions — chefs shouldn’t be able to confuse you on specs or costs
Proven track record of growing existing accounts, not just closing new business
Comfortable managing multiple demanding relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball
Language skills: fluent German (C1) and proficient English
