Role Overview
- Lead the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure of ServiceNow projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle and ensure delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams
- Maintain strong communication across clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors
- Operate effectively within federal contracting environments including contract management and financial oversight
Requirements
- PMP certification
- 2+ years of experience as a software delivery Project Manager
- 8+ years of experience in software delivery (minimum 2 years with ServiceNow)
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams, Agile delivery, and multiple workstreams
- 4+ years of proposal and estimating experience
- 4+ years of client-facing experience engaging on status, risks, issues, and decisions
- 4+ years of experience driving quality, performance, and customer satisfaction
- 4+ years of experience planning, implementing, and managing organizational or technical change
- US Citizenship required
