Provide system-level leadership and direction for all Supply Chain operations within assigned markets
Leverage and oversee relevant technology and software applications to enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across facilities
Plan, organize, and direct the capital budgeting process for the market
Maintain fiscal responsibility for all market Supply Chain Management departments
Support system-wide strategic sourcing initiatives for supplies and purchased services
Lead and support enterprise-wide initiatives focused on product standardization, process improvement, and cost savings
Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures that align with corporate directives and regulatory standards
Achieve broad stakeholder engagement by participating in cross-functional teams
Mentor, coach, and develop staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Establish measurable performance goals for departments and teams

5 years of management or supervisory experience in supply chain or purchasing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field
or in lieu of degree, 10 years of progressive Supply Chain Management experience may be substituted
Experience within a multi-facility healthcare organization
2 years of experience working within a healthcare ERP system (Workday, Infor/Lawson, or equivalent)
Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP)
