About this role

Lead and grow a high-performing Sourcing & Procurement (S&P) team for a large client in Manhattan.
Work directly with S&P leadership. Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables.
Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL.
Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, and meeting account level KPIs and goals.
Oversee client compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.

10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services.
Experience with people management.
Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management or similar.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications
Excel, Word & PowerPoint
E-procurement experience.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
Ability to work remotely (i.e. home office), including on-site at client locations
