Receives and verifies forecasts and orders from customers and communicates with them on any changes or discrepancies; processes and shares them with the company’s planning department.
Maintains continuous contact and cooperation with the planning department and QC on stocks of exported goods and the assessment of future needs, as well as on the manufacturing of products to be exported, until the completion of their packaging and release.
Manages distributors’ extra orders.
Arranges for the proper delivery of shipments and the preparation of relevant documentation according to applicable regulations.
Requests and collects quotations from transportation companies, as necessary.
Coordinates the assignment of shipments to forwarders, if needed.
Aligns with each country’s special requirements, as well as with customs regulations and provides all necessary shipping documents (packing list, invoice, certificate of origin, delivery note, CMR, B/L, AWB, etc.).
Manages goods insurance, as required.
Tracks the status of orders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods and undertakes troubleshooting with transportation companies and customs.
Maintains and updates documentation related to the export process (export files, invoice files, insurance documents, transportation, payments).
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc), Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, Inventory Control or Materials management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in relevant field
