About this role
Role Overview
Undertake preventative maintenance on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites
Focus on planned service work
Uphold STILL’s service standards
Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and uptime performance
Work with various types of trucks and equipment, from small pallet trucks to automated trucks
Requirements
Experience in at least one of the following areas: Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, Hydraulics
NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) qualification (ideally)
IT literate with ability to use latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders
Full UK driving licence
Good communication skills to liaise with customers and internal colleagues
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Take pride in your work and complete tasks to the highest standard
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Positive and can-do attitude
Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the role
Desire to be a STILL brand ambassador
