Requirements
Paid Advertising Expertise – Proven experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns, with strong Meta (Facebook/Instagram) performance skills; experience with other platforms is a plus
Performance-Driven Mindset – You focus on outcomes, continuously test and iterate, and take ownership of results
Analytical Strength – You’re comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and making informed optimization decisions
Middle-of-Funnel Optimization Skills – Experience improving landing pages, forms, and conversion flows to increase performance
