Front End Web Developer

Role Overview

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks such as Next.js.
• Build and customise templates and components within HubSpot CMS.
• Integrate front-end applications with CMS-driven and CRM-based content.
• Create responsive, accessible, and high-performing user interfaces using modern CSS techniques.
• Work within legacy or bespoke CMS environments while maintaining best development practices.
• Optimise website performance, accessibility, and user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to support digital campaigns and website enhancements.
• Use modern build tools and follow front-end performance optimisation practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver high-quality solutions with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Strong experience with JavaScript and HTML other FE frameworks development
• Must have Hubspot experience
• Experience building applications using Next.js
• Strong CSS skills including responsive design and modern layout techniques
• Experience integrating front end applications with CMS driven content
• Comfortable working within legacy or bespoke CMS environments with constraints
• Understanding of performance optimisation and accessibility standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working with marketing websites or growth focused digital teams
• Experience building or customising HubSpot CMS templates
• Experience working with marketing automation or CRM driven websites
• Familiarity with modern build tools and frontend performance optimisation
