Monitor that requisitions fall within financial limits and permitted categories (Marketing, HR, IT, Administrative, Construction) through rigorous verification of values and commodity groups, aiming to prevent purchase splitting and ensure compliance with delegation of authority and efficiency.
Guide the team in commercial negotiations using benchmarking tools and consultations with multiple suppliers to reduce tactical costs for business units.
Manage cycle time (Lead Time) indicators from requisition to purchase order (PO) issuance by identifying bottlenecks in SAP and resolving user-related issues, aiming for excellence in service levels.
Validate the onboarding and qualification of new suppliers by verifying legal and tax requirements to mitigate supply risks and ensure supply chain integrity.
Coordinate the transition of tactical items to long-term contracts when recurring demand is identified by reporting volumes to Corporate Procurement, with the aim of improving the company's category strategy.
Act as an escalation point to resolve user queries and process inconsistencies through alignment meetings with cost centers, promoting transparency and education on current procurement policies.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
Advanced proficiency in SAP MM (Purchase Order and Contract Management).
Proficient in Power BI.
Knowledge of negotiation methodologies and Strategic Sourcing principles.
Knowledge of Supply Chain.
Knowledge of anti-corruption policies and corporate governance.
Advanced English.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Procurement Management, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
Established experience in Indirect Procurement (MRO, Services, and Facilities) and Spot Buy processes.
Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC) managing a high volume of requisitions.
Previous experience leading operational procurement teams.
