Role Overview
- Perform contingency provisioning considering court judgments and appellate decisions.
- Prepare labor-related calculations at all stages of proceedings, with emphasis on judgment liquidation, enforcement/execution, and objections to calculations.
- Analyze and interpret court decisions (judgments and appellate decisions) to correctly apply calculation parameters.
- Prepare technical inputs for appeals (Embargos de Execução, Agravo de Petição, and reply briefs/counter-arguments), as well as itemized breakdowns of amounts in judicial settlements.
- Perform judgment liquidation, defense/answer (contestação), and enforcement/execution.
Requirements
- University degree completed (Bachelor’s degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the area
- Proficiency in Excel and PJECalc
