Senior Project Manager – Healthcare

Role Overview

• Manage and ensure the implementation project of the system marketed by the company, following the implementation methodology, leading the responsible team and ensuring delivery of the contracted scope within the agreed timelines and costs.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define the project objectives, scope, requirements and constraints, managing the creation of the project charter (Project Charter) and obtaining approval from the parties involved.
• Manage the development of the Project Management Plan, including activities, schedules, required resources, costs and associated risks.
• Coordinate the allocation of human, financial and material resources necessary for project execution, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks, taking into account skills, availability and capacity of each team member.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including the client, senior management, the project team and other interested parties.
• Ensure the company’s billing targets are met, safeguarding the project’s profitability.
• Deliver presentations to clients and colleagues.
• Oversee performance indicators for your area, monitor results, develop appropriate action plans and present them at the strategic level to support decision-making.
• Promote Benner’s standards of excellence, complying with the guidelines defined in the Vision, Mission and Values, aiming to maintain the company’s image in the market in an ethical and responsible manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
• Specialization in Project Management; knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience managing system implementation projects in the healthcare sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.
• PMP and/or SCM certification desirable.
