Lead IT Infrastructure operations in on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments.
Ensure execution of critical routines, including backups, virtualization and data center management.
Drive IT governance initiatives, focusing on ITSM, process definition and SLA management.
Oversee Monitoring and Observability operations, ensuring efficient alert and incident management.
Work on Information Security, including governance, data protection and implementation of best practices.
Support Data Privacy initiatives, including mapping of personal data.
Manage performance of Customer Support areas, ensuring reporting, visibility and actions for continuous improvement.
Lead IT process automation projects using RPA and Power Automate.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and organizational continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor and manage the IT area's financials and vendor relationships.
Requirements
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure, with exposure to on-premises and cloud (Azure) environments.
Experience in IT governance, including ITSM and SLA management.
Experience with Monitoring, Observability, alerts and incident management.
Advanced experience in Information Security and Data Protection.
Knowledge of Data Privacy, including mapping personal data.
Experience in Customer Support, including scenario monitoring and preparation of executive reports.
Familiarity with Process Automation (RPA, Power Automate).
Experience in project management and IT financial management.
Experience in vendor management.
Advanced English proficiency and experience interfacing with international teams.
