Document and optimize workflows within the education operation
Assist with testing and rolling out new systems
Build small automations (e.g., Zapier, forms, Excel/Sheets)
Support reporting (participant numbers, capacity/utilization, KPIs)
Ensure data quality and system maintenance
Work on new educational projects and programs
Take ownership of sub-projects (e.g., tool rollouts, process documentation)
Support innovation and optimization initiatives
Contribute to strategic EduOps topics (e.g., talent journey, academy culture, learning structures)
Coordinate with instructors, administration, EduOps and product management
Support internal communication and process documentation
Assist with change and communication projects.
Requirements
Degree or vocational training in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, educational management, project management, administration, or similar)
Some professional experience in an operational environment (e.g., education, project management, administration, startup, HR, customer operations)
Basic understanding of digital tools, processes and data
Interest in learning platforms, CRM systems, project tools and automation
Interest in educational processes, scaling and quality management
Structured, reliable and independent working style
Enjoyment of process optimization and documentation
Basic experience in data maintenance, reporting or KPI tracking is an advantage
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks in parallel
Strong willingness to learn and a hands-on mentality
Team player with enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
Clear, respectful communication
Initiative and sense of responsibility
Motivation to actively contribute to the academy culture
Very good German skills (at least C1)
