Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Lead the development and launch of new power tool accessories, from concept to market introduction.
Develop and implement demand forecasting models to predict market demand for new and existing products.
Assume full responsibility for the profit and loss (P&L) performance of the power tool accessories category.
Regularly conduct benchmarking analyses against competitors to understand market position, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
Design and execute impactful marketing campaigns across traditional platforms.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including product brochures, digital content, and promotional videos.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tools and initiatives that support sales objectives.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives.
Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Business Administration, from a reputed institute.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience, with at least 2 years in a marketing / product management role, preferably in the tools or related industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of market analysis, brand management, and product development.
Experience in demand forecasting, P&L management, competition benchmarking, and pricing strategy.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategies.
Creative thinker with a passion for brand-building and storytelling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
