The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading strategic marketing initiatives, collaborating with divisional leaders, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging across campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with divisional leaders to prioritize and manage marketing activities
- Lead strategic marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams and centralized marketing groups (creative, content, digital)
- Provide strategic counsel and innovative thinking to support business growth
- Define go-to-market strategies and oversee campaign execution
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and reports
- Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to assess campaign success
- Ensure all marketing deliverables align with brand standards
- Serve as a brand ambassador across all channels and materials
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Support promotional efforts including social media, email marketing, and external partnerships
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis
- Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and demand generation channels
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with experience presenting to internal stakeholders and leadership
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing software; HubSpot experience preferred
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and project management skills, including proficiency with project management platforms (ClickUp, Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and managing competing priorities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional and remote team environments
- Experience in professional services, software, or technology sectors strongly preferred
- HubSpot experience preferred
