About this role
Role Overview
You identify and research suitable target companies and decision-makers (e.g., board secretariat, Chief Legal Officer, Head of IT)
You run structured outbound campaigns (phone, video, email, and LinkedIn) and meet your weekly activity targets
You generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Account Executives
You manage inbound leads and warm contacts
You support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings
You maintain our CRM data (HubSpot) and ensure all interactions are traceable and up to date
You proactively contribute ideas to continuously improve our lead-generation processes and outreach strategies
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR in a B2B SaaS environment—ideally in the mid-market or enterprise segment
Proven success in outbound sales—you work in a structured, KPI-driven, and independent manner
Excellent German communication skills (C2) and solid English skills
Confident use of tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable platforms
You bring curiosity, initiative, and resilience—you enjoy building new relationships
Bonus: Experience optimizing processes, supporting junior colleagues, or taking on responsibility
