Role Overview
- Perform sophisticated electrical device characterization to determine electrical fail mechanisms.
- Operate fault isolation equipment to accurately narrow down failure defect locations.
- Conduct physical failure analysis to identify and classify physical defects.
- Establish and hypothesize potential electrical or process fail mechanisms.
- Collaborate closely with teams from frontend to backend and the Global Quality department.
- Prepare and present comprehensive electrical and physical failure mechanisms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science
- Candidates with less than 2 years' experience are welcome to apply
- Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis
- Strong understanding of NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab processes
