Manage the company’s U.S. international tax compliance, financial reporting, and planning activities for foreign operations.
Develop direct partnerships with relevant key business stakeholders, including financial planning & analysis team, legal team, international business team, and controller group.
Manage and make recommendations for outsourced workstreams and third-party relationships, including external auditors and tax advisors.
Manage the U.S. international tax process, including the computation, modeling, and reporting of GILTI (NCTI), Subpart F, FDII, FTCs, BEAT, and related E&P calculations.
Analyze interactions between Pillar Two, U.S. international tax (GILTI, FTCs), and financial reporting outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is required
CPA, MST or JD (or equivalent) is required
At least 5+ years’ corporate tax or public accounting experience (with a Big 4 firm or public company) is required
3+ years’ US international tax experience
3+ years’ experience with US GAAP, ASC 740, and SEC regulations is preferred
