Leadership, management, and evaluation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy
Plan, develop, coordinate, manage, and execute the recruitment and admissions process
Advise, coach, and guide prospective business students
Collaborate with UW-Milwaukee's Office of Undergraduate Admissions
Build and maintain relationships with high schools and 2-year colleges
Lead the development and execution of the annual recruitment plan
Assess recruitment initiatives and refine plans based on findings
Recruit, train, and supervise a cohort of Lubar ambassadors
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
One or more years of professional work or internship experience working with high school students, college students, and/or parents related to higher education
