Designs, reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
Writes, tests, debugs, and maintains the detailed instructions that Drake tax software programs must follow to perform their functions
Executes programmer-level (unit) testing to identify defects and confirm the software meets specifications
Provides quick response to customer and support requests for assistance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Computer literacy required
Practical experience writing code in Visual Basic, Power Basic, Turbo Basic, Quick Basic, C, C++ or a similar language
Flexibility with hours during peak season required
