Explore and secure opportunities in strategic product categories, including dispensing systems, applicators, closures, bottles, jars and more.
Build deep, trusted relationships with key customers, fully understand their needs, and deliver tailored, high‑value solutions.
Proactively support customers, address challenges, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to maximise growth.
Use sales data to identify trends, uncover opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
Partner closely with Project Development, Operations, R&D, and Product Marketing to ensure alignment and deliver best‑in‑class solutions.
Prepare clear, insightful sales reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges and forward plans.

Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the rigid packaging industry; experience working with contract manufacturers is a plus.
Strong understanding of the personal care and home care markets.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
Outstanding communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Native French speaker with an advanced level of English.
