Develop, refine and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share in France.
Identify and secure opportunities in strategic product categories such as dispensing systems.
Build trusted relationships with key customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs, and propose tailored, high‑value solutions.
Proactively support customers, address their challenges, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Manage the regional sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize growth.
Leverage sales data to identify trends, uncover new opportunities, and drive strategic decision‑making.
Work closely with Development, Operations, R&D and Marketing teams.

Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience (3 to 5 years) in a sales role, ideally in the rigid packaging sector; experience with contract manufacturers is an asset.
Strong knowledge of the personal care and home care markets.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and growing revenue.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
Native French speaker with advanced English proficiency.
