About this role
Role Overview
Provide software training to hotel customers across Europe via screenshare, chat, and phone
Qualify customer requirements, identify appropriate set up needs, and prepare customers for core product implementation
Deliver high standard of customer training on the SiteMinder product via a digital platform
Clearly communicate support procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Take ownership of customer problems and resolve issues
Drive customer projects forward, meeting objectives
Requirements
Language Skills: English, Portuguese and Spanish
Proven customer service experience with a passion for providing a premium customer experience
Tech savvy with a sound knowledge of all things technology
Worked towards targets and are goal oriented
Always thinking about the customer experience
Experience in the hotel industry in admin roles, hotel digital marketing or in a SaaS company is a plus!
