Design, implement, and further develop operating models for cloud platforms with a focus on Microsoft Azure
Develop and maintain cloud architecture standards, blueprints, and best practices
Design sustainable security and management processes for cloud applications and services
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of cloud-based solutions
Manage requirements and analyze processes while providing technical leadership in projects
Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure integration and automation
Support architecture decisions and communicate them to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Monitor and optimize cloud costs and resource usage

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in cloud and infrastructure environments
Strong professional experience in designing and operating cloud infrastructures, with deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
Experience with at least one additional hyperscaler such as AWS, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud (multi-cloud environments)
Solid knowledge of cloud architectures, software development processes (DevOps, CI/CD), and cloud security best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Ability to define a clear technical vision and support its implementation across different stakeholder groups
Additional qualifications such as Microsoft Azure certifications, experience with hybrid cloud architectures, knowledge of cloud sovereignty concepts, or familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus) are a plus
Fluent in English and Portuguese
