Collaborate with the team to draft Mortgage Presentations, learning to translate raw data into clear summaries that support our lending recommendations.
Help move deals from the Commitment Letter to the closing table by coordinating with the Funding, Legal, and Origination teams to ensure all pre-funding conditions are met.
Gain exposure to the fundamentals of CMHC-insured multi-family lending, as well as uninsured deals spanning other asset classes inclusive of retail, industrial and office.

Requirements
Post-secondary education in finance, economics, real estate, business administration, or a related field.
One (1) year of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, risk, or credit analysis will be considered an asset.
Proficiency in English and French will be considered an asset.
