Strategic consulting & architecture design: Analyze existing business processes and develop scalable, future-proof Salesforce architectures
Advise our clients on the optimal use of Agentforce and Salesforce core clouds (Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud) as well as related technologies
Technical ownership & implementation: Design end-to-end architectures with a focus on best practices, scalability and performance
Technical governance and quality assurance in complex Salesforce projects
Develop and optimize DevOps processes and tools based on the latest technology stacks (e.g., Salesforce DX, Git, JIRA, CI/CD pipelines)
Close collaboration with internal and external, onshore and nearshore development teams to ensure solutions are implemented optimally
Support our sales organization with tenders and proposal development, including IT strategy, architecture design and effort estimation
Identify technical trends and advise on the optimal technology solutions for our clients
Mentor and coach consultants and developers within the project team
Actively contribute to shaping our internal methodology and best practices for solution architecture
Requirements
More than 5 years of professional experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., as a Senior Consultant, Senior Developer or Technical Architect)
Strong consulting skills with a customer-focused mindset — you understand clients’ business processes and design tailored solutions that deliver real value
Proven experience in architecting, designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for mid-market and large enterprises in both project and pre-sales contexts
Extensive (cross-cloud) knowledge of Salesforce products (Agentforce, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, possibly Marketing Cloud Engagement) as well as adjacent solutions such as Account Engagement, Experience Cloud, Field Service, etc.
Practical experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows, LWC) and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions)
Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps processes (Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, Git, JIRA) and experience implementing automated deployment pipelines
Experience leading technical project teams and working closely with business stakeholders, product owners and onshore/nearshore development teams
Excellent communication skills to convey technical content clearly to both business and IT decision-makers
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
