Manage the product backlog, including creating epics and stories and prioritizing activities with the squad;
Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives;
Facilitate communication across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with the product vision and objectives;
Participate in the full product lifecycle, from conception to launch and post-launch follow-up;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business rules and jointly build solutions;
Identify issues and act autonomously to reduce risks in solution implementation;
Maintain regular contact with users and customers to map pain points and challenges, understanding their needs to improve the product;
Define, prioritize, and track product metrics and objectives.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Product Manager in technology companies;
Experience with product and task management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.);
Hands-on approach;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Experience with the OKR methodology;
Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies for product development;
Experience in developing new products.
