Ensure aircraft repairs meet Type Design by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
Collaborate with SST Operations to better align with Programs Special Projects
Interface with SST Operations, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet program requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
prior Material Review Boards (MRB) signature authority or equivalent in a Commercial or Defense based program
