Role Overview
- Ensure aircraft repairs meet Type Design by overseeing final component installation, systems operation functional testing, modification, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
- Collaborate with SST Operations to better align with Programs Special Projects
- Interface with SST Operations, engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet program requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures, and set operational goals
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience)
- prior Material Review Boards (MRB) signature authority or equivalent in a Commercial or Defense based program
