About this role
Role Overview
Lead and support the CS Operations Analysts, helping them grow and deliver meaningful outcomes.
Build and improve the rhythms, processes and reporting that keep Customer Success running smoothly.
Partner with CS leaders to shape how we work, ensuring our systems, data and tools are simple, clear and set up for success.
Work with teams across the business to deliver projects that improve how we serve customers and how CSMs work each day.
Requirements
Experience using Customer Success or revenue systems like Salesforce, Clari or similar tools.
Confidence working with data to find insights and support decisions.
Experience leading transformation work, process improvements or operational programmes.
An interest in helping teams grow their capability through clear communication, playbooks and training.
