About this role

Facilitate key Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, reviews).
Lead Agile delivery for the development of an enterprise-grade payment gateway platform.
Manage delivery planning, sprint tracking, and release schedules.
Identify and remove blockers and delivery risks.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Security, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Manage and maintain the product backlog in Azure DevOps (epics, features, user stories, metrics).
Provide regular delivery updates to stakeholders and align expectations on scope and timelines.
Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices within the team.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager.
Experience delivering payment systems or high-availability financial platforms.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for backlog and delivery management.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with payment flows and security/compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS).
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD practices.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
