Bachelor’s degree in a related field
4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-year projects
Proven project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
Adaptable to waterfall, agile, and hybrid project delivery
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communicator
Planning and organizing
Influencing, leading and delegation
Knowledge of Microsoft Project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, preferably with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
