About this role
Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring proper delivery approaches (Waterfall or Agile) are implemented
Identify and suggest ways to improve project workflows to enhance customer-centric implementation
Manage workload and resource tasks for assigned projects to ensure milestones are met
Provide regular status updates and project reports to internal stakeholders and client leads
Partner with Client Success to ensure customers realize value from products throughout the implementation lifecycle
Identify project risks and escalate blockers to leadership when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Assist in the development, execution, and close-out of contracts and project statements of work
Lead project-related meetings with internal teams and external client project teams
Requirements
2-4 years of project management experience within a healthcare environment
Experience with large complex projects is preferred; technology projects are an asset
Bachelor's degree required; in a healthcare related discipline an asset
Robust knowledge of project management principles, and strong ability to utilize various project management principles, proficiency in project management tools
Project Management certifications are an asset
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with customers
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible in a changing environment
Exceptional analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
