Role Overview
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring focus on highest-value deliveries
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligned with business objectives
- Serve as the main interface between stakeholders and the technical team, translating needs into clear requirements
- Write user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria
- Participate in sprint planning, setting priorities and guiding deliveries
- Monitor development and ensure clarity about what is being built
- Validate team deliveries, ensuring quality, alignment and value generation
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data and feedback
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar)
- Experience managing backlogs and setting priorities
- Good communication and facilitation skills across technical and business areas
- Negotiation skills and stakeholder management experience
- Business acumen, understanding users, the market and the impact of deliveries
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Proactivity, autonomy and sense of ownership
