Role Overview
- manage the full engagement lifecycle from SOW review through closeout
- serve as the primary point of contact for customers
- manage 5–8 concurrent technical engagements simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- coordinate with Solution Architects, AI Engineers, Sales, Support, Enablement, and Product/Engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of engagement or project management experience, preferably with technical or software engagements
- strong experience working with enterprise customers and leading customer-facing communication
- experience with project management tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar
- you've handled scope change management and complex stakeholder dynamics
- you have start-up DNA: you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and don't wait to be told what to do
- you're a natural communicator — clear, direct, and effective with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
