Providing real-time monitoring and evaluation of drilling and well parameters in order to complete operations in a safe and efficient manner
Collecting and ensure both surface and down-hole data is stored in the database and preparing required deliverables
Participating in managing the job cycle activities to proactively impact service delivery
Mentoring junior engineers on raising the competencies by developing specific processes and procedures
Providing technical support for the assigned product portfolio and associated software when required
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, code of conduct and compliance requirements

Completed Bachelor studies in Petroleum Engineering, Geology or Earth Sciences
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Drilling Services (previous Baker Hughes experience preferred)
Ability to work in a 24/7 service environment, based on an agreed shift schedule
Solid background and knowledge across a broad range of down-hole drilling, evaluation tools and services
Proven ability to recognize, analyze and solve technical issues, coupled with a process oriented working style
Good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
