Industry Sales Manager, Poultry

Role Overview

• Be responsible for creating opportunities for the entire Poultry division product portfolio;
• Participate in the process of establishing and implementing a structural industry market plan within the region;
• Drive the sales of capital goods; justify their value and increase Marel’s market share year on year while meeting customer requirements;
• Analyze customer needs and offer the best solution;
• Responsible for visit reports, opportunity registration and follow-up;
• Participate and support the organization in commercial activities such as exhibitions;
• Collect information on competitors’ activities, installed base, requirements and developments;
• Responsible to meet KPI (Key Product Indicators) goals with sales and margins;
• Organize and plan the equipment tests required by Sales Department.

Requirements

• Need minimum a bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical, mechatronic engineering, or similar;
• Relevant experience in outside business-to-business sales of technical/ mechanical systems and equipment;
• Desirable experience in Food/Meat processing;
• Excellent communicator;
• Fluent English language is mandatory;
• Availability for national and international trips up to 60% of the time;
