Oversee and lead the teams responsible for field reconciliation of inventory and discrepancies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive achievement of inventory adjustments and service levels
Lead the field inventory control teams to ensure timely reconciliation of discrepancies
Develop and mentor staff through onboarding and training
Ensure compliance throughout the supply chain to all regulatory rules and guidelines
Provide general guidelines and parameters for staff functioning

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of Supply Chain experience
At least 2 years of management level experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills and prior experience utilizing databases and spreadsheets
Experience with WMS, SAP, Labor Management and reporting systems (preferred)
Experience with medical products or consumer packaged goods (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience directly managing people (preferred)
Intermediate to Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: pivot tables and charts).
