This role is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment, program execution, technical thought leadership and stakeholder management across complex technical initiatives.
Identify and engage relevant stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups.
Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies to address competing priorities and ambiguity.
Use data analysis and research to define program success metrics and evaluate program health.
Define and manage medium to large-scale program plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
Drive program execution by managing risk, scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to broker end-to-end solutions.
Craft and deliver clear, concise narratives backed by qualitative and quantitative data.

Proven track record of leading technical programs at scale.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in program management tools and reporting dashboards.
Familiarity with software and systems design principles.
Experience working across multiple domains, including engineering, product, and operations.
