Lead a team of 7–9 Account Managers to deliver exceptional service aligned with the organization’s Guiding Principles.
Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide training and development for employees.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, delivering high-quality service and support.
Maintain strong awareness of client activities and provide ongoing support to underwriting functions.
Manage workflow and oversee the product output of account management staff.
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
Willing and able to travel up to 15–20% for meetings and training delivery across various locations.

5 years of Account Manager experience
Knowledge of Underwriting support processes and procedures, basic mathematics and problem-solving techniques.
Strong keyboarding skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills used for interaction with all levels of associates and/or external sources in a variety of settings.
Strong PC skills required.
Must be detail and action oriented.
Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven production environment.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to set and maintain priorities.
Ability to adapt to change.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require VISA sponsorship.
