Support the extensions, upsizing, and new jurisdiction processes for our asset-backed securitization programs for inventory, dealer receivables, and consumer loans
Support the onboarding of new jurisdictions in current and new ABS facilities as well as new public market transactions, ensuring adequate processes are in place
Lead initiatives to automate and optimize ABS related processes, reducing manual workload and enhancing efficiency
Work closely with rating agencies, partner and prospect banks, external law firms, back-up servicers and corporate service providers
Work closely with internal stakeholders, especially in Accounting, Cash Management and Reconciliation, Legal, Tax and Risk, Technology and Financial Systems, and FP&A to ensure smooth operational processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, ABS, securitization, or a related field, preferably within a financial institution, auto finance company, or investment bank
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau), and financial modeling in Excel
Experience with securitization-specific software (e.g., Moody’s ABS Suite, S&P Global solutions) is a plus
Solid understanding of ABS structures, investor reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ESMA Securitization Regulations, IFRS 9, STS framework)
Prior experience of Italian Law 130 structures and related reporting to the Bank of Italy is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach to data integrity and reporting accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior stakeholders, investors, and regulators
Fluency in English is required; German and/or Italian is a plus
