Provide strategic insight and support core operational run-the-business routines through detailed analysis, modeling, and recommending expense targets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business performance and communicate significant financial variations.
Own partnerships with regional field leadership and manage P&L of an area of our business.
Captain membership in Operations Finance and dive into key insights of how to improve the member experience in our clubs in partnership with other Finance teams.
Develop financial models and presentations to support business decisions and communicate forecasts to senior management.
Collaborate with leadership to identify performance gaps, support budgeting, and provide insights on trends and risks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or relevant area.
Proven expertise in financial analysis, planning, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Strong management skills with experience leading teams and developing talent.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and senior management.
Experience in creating financial models and presentations to guide business performance and risk mitigation.
Aptitude for identifying improvement opportunities and driving continuous learning and process enhancements.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships and accountability.
