Salesforce Workflow and UI Architect

Role Overview

• Architect end-to-end workflow automation and UI design strategies in Salesforce
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate process pain points into optimized flows, screens, and Lightning pages
• Lead the design of dynamic forms, guided experiences, and Flow Orchestration
• Define UI/UX standards and ensure adoption across teams
• Partner with developers to deliver scalable, high-performance front-end components
• Evaluate new UI technologies (OmniStudio, Dynamic Interactions, Einstein Copilot) for enterprise use

Requirements

• 5+ years building Flows, Lightning components, and modern Salesforce UIs
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Screen Flow, and Flow Orchestration best practices
• Proven background in business process automation and UX optimization
• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Experience Cloud certification
• Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is preferred
