Role Overview
- Design the integration architecture across CRM, Marketing Cloud, and data platforms
- Define audience segmentation, data activation, and campaign automation strategies
- Work with marketing and data teams to align journeys, triggers, and KPIs
- Establish governance for marketing data models, consent management, and API usage
- Recommend and implement Martech stack enhancements aligned with business growth
Requirements
- 6+ years in marketing technology architecture or CRM integration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, or similar
- Strong understanding of first-party data strategy, CDP concepts, and API integrations
- Ability to translate marketing goals into technical automation frameworks
