Role Overview

• You are a video content specialist looking for your next growth opportunity
• Create videos for Healthcare For Real, a CMA initiative that aims to demystify Canada’s health care system through accessible online content

Requirements

• Supported media projects, with the work required to inform strategic and editorial planning
• Driven ongoing content shaping, both within an immediate team as well as in collaboration with partners
• Led writing and strategic research for all elements of a project, going beyond just text-based work into video, social-first, audience-centered content
• An understanding of a diverse, young demographic, specifically their taste for emerging health topics and new storytelling techniques
• Experience and confidence communicating on camera
• A network of health care system contacts you leverage, when generating original story ideas focused on high quality, accuracy and integrity
• Deep experience with video editing tools and techniques
