Build relationships with local communities and organizations
Help claimants connect with support services
Participate in training sessions and meetings

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Experience working with Indigenous peoples and communities (three years or more)
Self-identification as Indigenous is an asset
Fluency in French and English is required
Ability to work professionally in an Indigenous language is an asset
Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft tools
Knowledge of Indigenous culture and history
Ability to travel across Canada
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Access to a quiet, private workspace with a reliable internet connection
Willingness to learn and adapt as work evolves
