About this role

Responsible for leading the analysis, control and optimization of logistics costs;
Defining strategies for transportation, warehousing and distribution;
Leading team management, governance, forecasting and KPIs;
Driving strategic decisions, cost reduction and improved financial predictability;
Consolidating operational logistics costs and calculating price, volume and mix effects by SKU and state (UF);
Improving logistics efficiency through the definition and monitoring of strategic KPIs;
Developing and executing strategic plans for cost reduction;
Reviewing and adjusting cost forecasts in response to operational and market changes;
Analyzing the feasibility of CAPEX projects and cost-efficiency initiatives;
Developing management dashboards;
Leading the financial and operational logistics budgeting process;
Actively participating in strategic planning;

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel;
Advanced English proficiency;
Experience with SAP is preferred;
Knowledge of Power BI, Python and Power Automate.
